Church Street

The purpose of this assignment was to visually represent a single visit to Church Street. When I visited it for this project, it was past two in the morning and the emptiness and silence of the normally bustling street was otherworldly. Through Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, I used slanted shapes, an uneven brick pattern, and bright, contrasting colors against a deep blue to represent the feeling of otherworldliness in a place otherwise very familiar to me.
